2016 Annual Conference Program (members only; PDF)

When: Sunday night reception, 5-7 pm
Monday sessions are 9 am to 3 pm, with cocktail hour & dinner at 6:30 pm
Tuesday sessions are 9 am to 3 pm
Wednesday sessions are 9 am to 3 pm, with the JAWS Business Meeting and vendor drawing in the afternoon

You will take home practical tools to solve issues facing your practice—take-aways that won't take up space in your suitcase!

Members of the JAWS Society may register at discounted rates, while non-members must pay full price. Conference attendees who register early will save $50 on their conference registration fees.

Your registration fee includes all seminars, plus the events listed below. For a full explanation of rates, what is and is not included in the registration fee, new member discount, and cancellation policy, see the rates page.
- Sunday: Registration and Networking Cocktail Reception (5 to 7 PM)
- Monday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner reception
- Tuesday: Breakfast and lunch
- Wednesday: Breakfast
Optional dinner on Monday is $100 for guests—see rates page for cost.
Explanation of Rates
Miami Marriot Biscayne Bay is about 30 minutes from both Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). With stunning views of the Miami bay from our hotel, Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay offers a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and renewal. Our Miami bay resort welcomes guests with its many luxurious on-site features.
JAWS Society Rate: $229 for single and double occupancy (must book by Friday, March 18, 2016)
For hotel reservations, go to our event registration page or call 800.228.9290 (mention JAWS Society group rate when making reservations by phone) before March 18 to get special group rate of $229 daily. Conference rate is available for three days pre- and post-conference, subject to availability.
For transfer from Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), consider SuperShuttle, Jayride, or Uber (Uber fees are approximately $35-40, depending on travel time).
There is a water taxi between the event center (next to the hotel) and Coronado Island for $7 per person per trip that can be charged to your room.
Plan Your Travel
- The conference will open at 5:00 p.m. Sunday night with registration and a cocktail reception with light hors d'eouvres.
- Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, with breakfast before.
- Sessions end at 3:00 p.m.
- The conference will adjourn on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m..
The registration fee includes the Sunday night cocktail reception; breakfast, lunch, and a dinner reception on Monday; and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
